I create paintings in collections and release them on my website. Currently fine art reproductions are processed through Gelato and are premium Fine Art Reproductions on museum quality paper.

I highly recommend framing your reproductions and originals (some originals come already framed or with painted edges and will not require additional framing). This will ensure your reproduction or original looks beautiful on the wall and is protected.

Please note: If shipping your order costs $20 or more than what you paid at checkout (In the case of paid shipping), you will receive an invoice that must be paid before your order is mailed. Thank you for your understanding!

Originals

• Oil paintings take a substantial amount of time to dry. I will not ship a painting before it is ready to be tightly packaged (4-8 weeks from painting completion).

• All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting, sturdy cardboard box.

• Artwork will ship via the best method for the piece and most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance). International shipments will be sent via other carriers.

• International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.

• Larger artwork is sent unstretched and rolled safely in a sturdy tube. I can work with you to find a local company to re-stretch the canvas for you if required.

• If you prefer to ship your large painting fully stretched, I will use a freight service to expertly handle the painting and deliver it right to your living room at an additional cost. ($300-500). 

Prints

• All prints are handled with the utmost care, packaged beautifully by Gelato’s team.

• Shipments arrive within 2-4 weeks

• Gelato handles all the printing and shipping of reproductions at this time.

All rights to all artwork are retained by me, the artist. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork (this is in addition to purchasing the original).  

The Collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. 

If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media, I kindly request that I receive credit.

When you purchase an original painting, you, as the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or place of business, but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your painting.  Some collectors choose to purchase the exclusive right to the artwork, ensuring it will never be reproduced as a print.  I'd be happy to discuss that with you if you would like this to be an option.
