Can I include a personal note with the gift?
YES, you can put a message in the message section on the "Recipient Information" form and I will include it into the first envelope. 🌿
Do you offer a gift card option?
Not at this time — all gift subscriptions are sent directly to your recipient's mailbox each month. If you'd like to give the gift but aren't sure of their address yet, feel free to email me at kristylea@sunriseandsand.com and we can arrange something.
How will my recipient know their first envelope is on its way?
Once you complete your gift purchase you'll receive a confirmation email. I can also provide you with an email/printable "You've been gifted the Soul Space Sanctuary" card" I'll also send a shipping notification when their first envelope goes out directly to the email address you provided for them on the form.
How will I know they received it?
I send a shipping notification when each envelope goes out but I'm unable to confirm delivery since envelopes ship via Canada Post regular mail without tracking. If an envelope hasn't arrived within four weeks of the shipping date please email me at kristylea@sunriseandsand.com and I'll resend it.
Can I gift Soul Space Sanctuary to more than one person at the same time?
Yes — gifting is warmly encouraged. Just check out each gift subscription separately so you can enter the correct recipient information for each person. 🌿
